Terms & Conditions of Service

Damage to Vehicles:

Client will be billed for any damages to vehicle and their contents, or excessive cleaning due to their own recklessness such as regurgitation, torn or burnt upholstery, cleanup or chewing gum or spilled drinks on carpets, incurred by themselves or one of their fellow passengers. All vehicles are Non-Smoking vehicles and no smoking of any substance is allowed.

Cancellation Policy for Sedan Service:

Malibu Executive Limousine offers a generous 3 hour cancellation policy that applies to all sedan reservations in Los Angeles, 4 hours outside of Los Angeles County. A 24 hour cancellation policy applies to all stretches and vans. Client will be billed 80% of the full rate in the occurrence of a late cancellation. No Shows will pay the full amount, so don’t forget to cancel is you are not going to make your flight.

Cancellation Policy for Specialty Vehicle:

Cancellations for Specialty Vehicles (i.e. Stretch SUV’s, Party Limo Buses, and Buses) and Specialty Events is 48 hours. (A 25% nonrefundable fee of the total cost of the booking will be charged!)

Malibu Executive Limousine Service requires a credit card to book all reservations. The charge on your credit card will appear as Transportation Management Network, Inc., or an abbreviation of that.

All of our vehicles are Non-Smoking vehicles and no smoking of any substance is allowed

Airport Pick Ups:

To avoid a no-show fee, please do not leave the airport before calling the office for assistance. The number is (800) 540-1056 and can be accessed through the payphones if your cell phone is not working. For all arriving flights with Meet & Greet Service, meet your driver at the foot of the escalator or just past the security doors. If you have arranged for a Curbside Pickup, call after you have collected your bags and are standing on the inner curb nearest the terminal.

Additional charges may incur for waiting time for arriving flights if the flight arrives unusually later than the time posted on the airline websites, their phone services, or other flight status services. (This rarely occurs and usually only if your flight is stuck on the tarmac after landing for a protracted period of time for whatever reason beyond our control.)

Malibu Executive Limousine Service shall not be held responsible for late arrivals caused by (but not limited to) acts of nature, breakdown, incorrect pickup and drop-off information provided by the client or representative thereof, traffic delays, or any situation beyond our control.
