Cancellation Policy 2 Hour notice prior to the scheduled pickup time (based on the local time zone of the pickup location) to avoid late cancellation or no-show penalty. The cancellation policy may be changed during special events and/or holidays. (Minimum hourly charges outlined above will apply for all other vehicles not canceled 24 hours in advance.) No Show Charge If you are not able to locate the chauffeur, please call our 24-hour dispatch at (888) 232-LIMO (5466) immediately. Our dispatch will be able to immediately locate your chauffeur and put you together. A No Show Charge (full charge minus 20%) may be applied if the client fails to call our dispatch to cancel the scheduled pickup a minimum of two hours before a Towncar reservation. *Off Peak Hours: Sunday thru Thursday excluding holidays & special events.
